Our Services

Three cutting methods, one shared expertise.

Die-cutting, CNC, or laser — we select the optimal method for each project based on material, complexity, and production volume.

Cutting Processes

The right process for every application.

Each cutting method has its advantages depending on the material, thickness, part complexity, and required volume. Our team advises you on the process best suited to your project.

01 — High Volume
Die-Cutting

Die-cutting uses a precision steel die to stamp shapes directly into the sheet material. No heat is generated — ideal for series production requiring perfect repeatability.

  • No heat-affected zone — clean edges with no burning
  • High throughput for large production runs
  • Perfect repeatability, part after part
  • Suited to simple to moderately complex shapes

02 — Thick Materials
CNC Cutting

CNC (computer numerical control) cutting uses computer-guided rotary cutting tools. Versatile and precise, it excels on rigid, thick materials where laser cutting or die-cutting reach their limits.

  • Rigid, thick materials up to several centimeters
  • Complex 2D shapes with no dedicated tooling
  • Clean finishes on hard materials
  • Ideal for structural parts and prototypes

How It Works

From your file to the delivered part.

No minimum order, no hidden tooling costs. Prototypes and short runs alike, we treat both with the same rigor.

01
Send Your File

Send your vector file (PDF, DXF, AI, EPS) at 1:1 scale along with the material, thickness, and desired quantity.

02
Review & Quote

We review your geometry, select the optimal process, and send back a quote within 24 business hours.

03
Precision Cutting

Cutting using the process best suited to your application — die-cutting, CNC, or laser — with tolerance verification.
